The PS5 console is out now in the UK and stores are getting more stock in today, but you’re going to have to be quick to snap one up.
The PlayStation 5 has officially launched in the UK but that doesn’t mean much if you can’t actually buy one. Pre-orders stopped a while back and the console is not easily available from any store at the moment, or at least not unless you know when and where to look.
The following list shows which stores currently have stock and which ones intend to start offering it later today. There are no guarantees though, especially as some website have used the rather vague term of ‘morning’.
We’ll try and keep this page updated as best we can during the day but it’s also probably a good idea to keep an idea on the various company’s Twitter accounts and maybe just randomly checking your preferred retailer’s website, as they’re probably not being too strict about sticking to a timetable here.
Remember that there are actually two models of the PlayStation 5, the standard one that costs £449.99 and the Digital Edition which is £359.99.
The Digital Edition of the PlayStation 5 is exactly the same as the standard versions except for the fact that it doesn’t have a disc drive, although less stores are stocking it at the moment as it’s generally less popular.
It may be Black Friday next week but don’t expect to see either of these prices discounted for the foreseeable future, although it’s possible there might be some generous bundles, with additional games and accessories, next week – but those will naturally be more expensive.
